Restrictions on entering Switzerland for Spanish competitors
People arriving in Switzerland from certain countries and areas are required to go into quarantine. The list of these countries and areas will be updated on 8 August 2020 and will include among other Spain (with the exception of the Balearic and Canary Islands).
Therefore:
• Citizens of Spain and others entering from Spain will have to enter Switzerland before 07. August 2020 23:59. As of 08. August 00:00 quarantine will be obligatory.
• There are two exceptions! If you are entering Switzerland from the Balearic and Canary Islands there are no restrictions and therefore no quarantine.
• Citizens of Spain and others entering Switzerland from Spain after 08. August 00:00 have to undergo a 10 days quarantine
• The organizer is working on solutions for accommodation and trying to find cheap and good accommodation for the athletes. There are two options hotel or camping.
